If you've never tried Pilates before this is a great opportunity to try out a class :)
Each exercise in Pilates targets the deep postural muscles of the body, building strength from the inside out.
Pilates exercises attack the roots of bad posture and are also designed to work the muscles of the whole body and to gently lengthen and strengthen them. The result is a body that is properly aligned and at less risk of injury.
It is a non-impact class suitable everyone of all levels and abilities, is a good way to relax and unwind and also includes weight-bearing exercises so helps to strengthen the joints and increase bone density (reducing risk of developing osteoporosis and arthritis)
Everyone aged 16+ is welcome so don't be shy! Mats are provided, however if you have your own please bring it along.

I'm starting a TABATA class on Sundays 10-10:40 am at The Annex (small white building next to the bowling green) at Woodland Road Sports & Social Club in Croesyceiliog.
TABATA is great to get a quick workout in if you're short on time, you need to switch up your routine, or you want improve fitness and endurance. Incorporate this type of workout into your fitness routine and you'll soon start seeing results!
Tabata burns a lot of calories and provides a killer full-body anaerobic and aerobic workout. Tabata training also improves athletic performance, improves glucose metabolism, and acts as an excellent catalyst for fat burning!
£3.50 per person, no need to book - just show up! Bring lots of water and a towel as you're going to sweat ;)
