The first part of these uplifting and energizing class guides you through a series of gentle, flowing postures to help develop strength, balance and flexibility. The pace then slows for the second part of the class with a focus on restorative poses allowing your body to release both physical and mental tension. Finishing with a deep relaxation, you will leave feeling rested and uplifted!
These classes are suitable for All levels. I provide postures that can be regressed/progressed and are attainable at several levels. The main thing is to work at your own level, listen to your body and rest if/when you need to.
£5 per person
Before attending a class completion of a health screening form is required. If you have any medical condiions, injuries or haven't exercised in a while check with your dr first.
