Body Blitz Circuits

The 'Beach Body Bootcamp' workout has been carefully designed by me to help you melt away fat, build lean muscle and boost your metabolism, all components vital to changing and transforming your body!
These classes will utilize the latest and best proven strategies to produce wonderful results. In just 40 minutes, you’ll  receive an amazing metabolic stacking full body workout. We will target all of your key muscle groups, blasting away fat and building lean muscle to transform your body and help you to get into the best shape of your life! These workouts will also incoporate cardiovascular training to increase fitness levels and burn optimum calories! 
These workouts are designed to be fun, high energy and challenging as well as bringing you results! They are delivered in a friendly, supportive and positive group-setting and I will be there with you every step of the way to help motivate you so that you stay on track, push past obstacles, and ultimately achieve your fitness goals!

Circuit-training is a fast, fun and effective way of getting fit and burning fat. This class consists of short-burst, easy-to-perform interval exercises alternating between cardio and strength, that will give you a full body workout! Thanks to the many benefits of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training kicks your fat-burning furnace into high gear, sending your metabolism sky high so you're burning maximum calories up to 48 hours AFTER the workout! 

Circuits Challenge Your Whole Body.

Ever found yourself just wandering around the gym floor and winging your workout? (It's ok, we've all done it!) By incorporating individual "stations" as part of a whole-body circuit, you're guaranteed to hit every major--and minor--muscle group. By switching up exercises you're going to be challenging your body, and keeping your mind active and engaged... no room to get bored or hit a plataeu in this class!
