Fat Attack!

Aerobics Class

What is 'Fat Attack!'?
Fat Attack! is a total-body, Interval-training workout combining cardio and strength exercises to target the major muscle group, build lean muscle, burn maximum calories, blast body fat and boost metabolism, creating significant results in a short space of time.
This is a fun and lively exercise class with options for all fitness levels. It’s brilliant all round exercise, so if you want to blast fat, get fit and raise your stamina levels whilst toning up those wobbly bits, this is the class for you!

Do I have to be super fit to attend a class?
Absolutely not! You don't have to be fit to attend - this class will MAKE you fit! Fat Attack! (like all of my classes) is suitable for all fitness abilities. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace and every exercise can be adapted to suit your needs and your level of fitness. The main thing is to keep moving and don't give up, as long as you're doing something, you're working! The more you attend, the fitter and stronger you will become!

I have an existing medical problem – Would I be ok to do this class?
Without knowing the finer details of your current medical situation it’s very difficult to comment. As with all fitness programs as long as you have the go ahead from your GP to participate in the programme that’s fine!

What should I wear?
Loose fitting and comfortable clothing or athletic clothing, with comfortable running shoes or trainers. 
What do I need to bring along? 
All equipment is provided so all I recommend you bring is a drink of water and a towel.
Do I need to book?
No, just turn up!
