Kettlercise Class

What is Kettlercise?
Kettlercise is a fun,  stimulating, invigorating, safe and easy-to-follow, kettlebell inspired, calorie blitzing, fat blasting program and people everywhere are loving the lightning quick results!
 

What is a Kettlebell?
A kettlebell is a cast iron weight (resembling a cannonball with a handle) used to perform ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.
 

Do I have to be super fit to attend a class?
Absolutely not! The beauty of Kettlercise is unlike other fitness classes, you can go at your own pace, and dont have to keep exact time with the instructor. We have Kettlebells starting from 4kg in weight, so we have all fitness levels covered, from absolute beginner to season Kettlerciser’s and fitness enthusiasts! This class is unrivalled when it comes to producing results and whatever your current fitness level or ability you will be sure to find Kettlercise fun yet challenging!
 

I have an existing medical problem – Would I be ok to do Kettlercise?
Without knowing the finer details of your current medical situation it’s very difficult to comment. As with all fitness programs as long as you have the go ahead from your GP to participate in the programme that’s fine!

 
How many calories do you burn doing Kettlercise?
It varies from person to person however the average calorie burn in a 45 minute Kettlercise class is anything from 500-1000!

 
Do I need my own Kettlebell?
No, Kettlebells are provided but if you wish to bring your own you are more than welcome!

What should I wear?
Loose fitting and comfortable clothing or athletic clothing, with comfortable running shoes or trainers. 

 
What do I need to bring along?
Kettlebells and mats are provided so all I recommend you bring is a drink of water and a towel (unfortunately fat burning doesn't come easy and you will sweat!)

 
I have NO coordination, is this the class for me?
Coordination is not essential. After the warm up you will actually be moving your feet very little - this isn't an aerobics class!
