What is Piloxing?
Piloxing is an exciting new fitness program that blends the best of Pilates, Boxing and Dance into a high-energy, calorie blasting, muscle toning, core strengthening interval workout guaranteed to make you sleek, sexy and powerful!
Do I have to be super fit to attend a class?
Absolutely not! Everyone of all fitness levels and abilities are welcome! All participants are encouraged to work at their own pace - The main object is to enjoy yourself!
I have an existing medical problem – Would I be ok to do Piloxing?
Without knowing the finer details of your current medical situation it’s very difficult to comment. As with all fitness programs as long as you have the go ahead from your GP to participate in the programme that’s fine!
How many calories do you burn doing Piloxing?
It varies from person to person however the average calorie burn in a 60 minute Piloxing class can range from anything from 500-1000!
What should I wear?
Loose fitting and comfortable clothing or athletic clothing. We do this class barefoot so no particular footwear is necessary.
What do I need to bring along?
I recommend you bring is a drink of water and a towel (unfortunately fat burning doesn't come easy and you will sweat!)
Do I need to book?
No, just turn up!
